Format a pen drive using command prompt

Today i will show you how to format your virus infected pen drive using command prompt.There may be certain  occasions where you cannot format your pendrive(simple method).

steps to format pendrive using cmd:

• insert your pen drive into your usb port
• open my computer and find out the drive letter for your pen drive for e.g  j:
• Now open command promp(start->run->cmd)
• Type Format<space>drive letter and hit enter twice .
• E.g  C:\Documents and Settings\admin>format j:
• now command prompt will verify and will ask you to enter new drive name(new volume label) 
• After entering a new volume label press Enter. Done!!!
